I enjoyed this book because the author wrote in such a way as to teach without coming off as preachy and hypocritical.
I enjoyed this quick read. It is well put together, easy to understand and the advices are interesting. Overall it's simple and its honest.
I have been following the guidelines set in the book. It seems to be helping. After practicing some of the tips for a week, today has been the most energetic that I have felt.

This book had some great information and tips on how to get a better night's rest and how to feel rested in the morning. It's great for anyone who's having issues with sleep and having a hard time waking up in the morning.
Glad I didn't spend real money for this..there are some decent tips and good reminders, but certainly not any new material or even very original ways of looking at it.

On the other hand I guess it's good to be reminded to arrange a regular bedtime routine, turn off the TV and devices a while before bed, sleep in a dark environment, keep a regular schedule, put the clock on the other side of the room . That's a pretty fair synopsis of the material in the book -- it is written well and clearly and could be helpful for some.
I am a late riser/night owl. This book has really good suggestions for changing those habits. I would have thought that it would be pretty easy to figure out (though not as easy to put into practice), but this book shows it is more than just waking up early all the time that helps you make it a habit. I liked that this book provided real life examples of routines, and made suggestions for products that can help. The only thing that I found lacking is that there weren't any examples of how to use the essential oils that were recommended as a possible sleep aid. Overall though, very good book. Easy to read, easy to follow. It is worth purchasing despite its short length.
